When Dr. Goebbels arrived in Berlin, the Hitler movement was in shambles operating out of a dingy, dank cellar, commonly referred to as the "Opium Den". The circumstances were unfortunately quite bleak and didn't bode well for the blossoming social movement that was erupting elsewhere in Germany.
In Berlin the Sturmabteilung (Storm Detachment or SA) of the NSDAP was an absolute minority without any serious organisation. The good Doctor shows us how he managed to whip the SA into order, kicking vagrants from the ranks of the SA and transforming them into a fierce political force that could tackle not only blood thirsty Communists, but also the repressive political establishment that sought to stifle the rise of the NSDAP.
In the end, the German spirit triumphed and the National Socialists conquered the capital of the German nation back for the German people and away from the internationalist degradation, which sought to dissolute the heart of Germany.
